The Executive Committee of FPSD maintains socio-political balance to hear all voices in the society and FPSD has been established a common platform for people from all sections of society. The general operation of the institution is led by Executive Director Mr. Som Bahadur Thapa, former Secretary of Nepal Government, who has experience of working in the parliament over 30 years.
